The exclusive catering service prepared at Pentumas Puntaldia restaurant and served on board Sargon is not simply a meal on a boat: it is a sensory journey woven with respect for the sea, land and time, offered with the delicacy of those who know that true luxury lies in the essential.
The food comes directly from the heart of Sardinia: the freshest seasonal ingredients, carefully cultivated by a historic family,run organic farm. Nothing is standardized or replicated elsewhere. Each dish is artisanally crafted in the restaurant, then transported on board to be experienced in its entirety, with the scent of the sea, the sunlight and the gentle sway of the catamaran.
The wines tell the story of the surrounding hills, the spirits, such as the award,winning Gin di Nonna Luigina, preserve childhood memories and sustainable innovation. Pairings & Tastings
Each menu is accompanied by local wines, carefully selected from Fratelli Sanna or Teodoro wineries: authentic expressions of the land that nourishes us, guardians of its terroir and soul. They are not simple labels, but stories told in a glass.
The culinary experience culminates with an intimate tasting of local spirits and traditional sweets, featuring the Sardinian Gin di "Nonna Luigina", born from the ancient citrus Sa Pompia. A liqueur that tastes of roots, sun and innovation, awarded the Oscar Green 2020 for Creativity, for its ability to unite tradition and sustainability in one sip.
Each wine is chosen to tell a fragment of Sardinia: the stone, the wind, the salt, the silence.

Ferrari Perlé

Cà del Bosco Prestige Franciacorta
The beating heart of Franciacorta. Complex, vibrant, with notes of golden apple, toasted almond and noble yeast. A wine to contemplate, like sunset over the sea.
D’Oro Brut
Mediterranean freshness in bubbles. Citrus, white peach, and a savoriness reminiscent of the sea breeze. Light, sincere, perfect for an aperitif.
D’Oro Rosé Brut
A rosé that dances. Wild strawberries, freshly picked cherry, and a mineral texture that ties it to the sea. Pale pink color, sunlit soul.
Brut Franciacorta Mosnel
The apotheosis of Italian bubbles. Structure, depth, balance. Notes of dried fruit, bread crust, and orange blossom. For those seeking silence within the celebration.
Whites
Faula Isola dei Nuraghi (Arvisionado)
Ancient grape varieties, natural vinification. Aromas of Mediterranean maquis, wildflowers, and apricot. Authentic, unfiltered, like the sea in the morning.
Origina Cantina Theo
Fresh, agile, sincere. Citrus, lemon balm, and a pleasant saline note. The ideal companion for a light aperitif, among laughter and waves.

Vostè Cannonau Io Lei
Cannonau told intimately. Cherry, sweet spices, a touch of licorice. Warm, enveloping, generous — like an embrace at dusk.
Abbèru Cantina Dessena
A wine born in the heart of Barbagia. Deep, structured, with notes of plum, tobacco, and myrtle. Silent, yet unforgettable.
