The food comes directly from the heart of Sardinia: the freshest seasonal ingredients, carefully cultivated by a historic family-run organic farm. Nothing is standardized or replicated elsewhere. Each dish is artisanally crafted in the restaurant, then transported on board to be experienced in its entirety — with the scent of the sea, the sunlight and the gentle sway of the catamaran.
The wines tell the story of the surrounding hills, the spirits — such as the award-winning Gin di Nonna Luigina — preserve childhood memories and sustainable innovation. Each menu is accompanied by local wines, carefully selected from Fratelli Sanna or Teodoro wineries: authentic expressions of the land that nourishes us, guardians of its terroir and soul. They are not simple labels, but stories told in a glass.
The culinary experience culminates with an intimate tasting of local spirits and traditional sweets, featuring the Sardinian Gin di "Nonna Luigina", born from the ancient citrus Sa Pompia. A liqueur that tastes of roots, sun and innovation — awarded the Oscar Green 2020 for Creativity, for its ability to unite tradition and sustainability in one sip.
