Seated among the scents of Mediterranean scrubland and landscapes that seem painted, we savour Sardinian authenticity.
The menu reflects the land we walk upon: crispy pane carasau dressed with local oil and salt, aged Sardinian pecorino that tells the story of shepherding, artisan cured meats and seasonal vegetables, accompanied by local wine or fresh spring water.

MY STORY AS A MINDFUL GUIDE
English by birth, I lived between Portugal and London before Sardinia adopted me thirty years ago.
It was love at first sight: I didn't just choose this magical land, it chose me.
For over 20 years I have been a certified Environmental Hiking Guide (GAE), registered in the Regional Registry. I have turned my passion for hiking into a mission: guiding people to an authentic discovery of Sardinia, far from conventional paths.
My journey has led me to work both with schools, helping young people rediscover their roots, and with travellers seeking something deeper than a simple holiday.
I believe in mindful tourism that creates genuine connections: with nature, with local culture, with oneself. Each excursion is an opportunity to slow down, observe with fresh eyes and savour the essence of this land, through its scents, its silences and its thousand-year stories.
And the guests who moved me, making me love this path even more deeply? My mother, who, observing my dedication, whispered an ancient truth: "In another life you must have been born in Sardinia". And my wife, hiking companion, who walking by my side gave me the strongest push: her silent pride. And Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, whom I had the honour of guiding, who knew how to listen to Sardinia with his heart.
My privilege? Sharing the Sardinia I have learned to love, revealing not only extraordinary places, but authentic emotions and a respectful way of experiencing the territory.

Meeting Point and Departure Budoni, Via Nazionale 75. Departure at 9:00 AM (you must arrive by 8:45 AM without exception). After this time, your place will be released with no right to a refund.
Organiser Cancellation The tour may be cancelled due to bad weather or failure to reach the minimum number of participants. Notification via SMS by 11:00 AM the day before. Full refund available (must be requested within 5 days).

Yes, on request it is possible to arrange a pick-up service from agreed locations in the Budoni area and surroundings. The service is subject to availability and may involve a supplement.
On request, we can arrange the transfer in coordination with the guide.
The excursion lasts approximately 7-8 hours, with return expected in the afternoon.
The experience includes: environmental guide, visit to the park, museum and farm. Traditional lunch with local products, wine and tastings. Insurance.
Yes, the route is accessible to all fitness levels. Please indicate any specific needs at the time of booking.
Yes, donkeys, horses, goats and sheep roam freely in the park. It is an opportunity to observe animals in their natural habitat.
The workshop is not included in the base price, but is available as an additional experience. At the time of booking you can request to participate in the various artisan workshops that take place each week.
On request, the park offers a calendar of authentic artisan experiences, where tradition becomes hands-on practice: Pane Carasau baking and tasting: you will experience the ancient ritual of fire and flour, then taste the result while still warm. Water extraction with the "noria": you will discover the ingenuity of the ancients, with the donkey turning the wheel that draws water from the spring. Grain milling with the donkey-powered millstone: you will turn grain into flour as it was done long ago, to the slow rhythm of the animals. Cheese making: you will enter the world of shepherding, following the steps that lead from milk to Sardinian pecorino. Horse shoeing: you will witness an ancient art, made of respect, strength and precision. Iron forging: you will see metal take shape between fire and hammer, in the skilled hands of the blacksmith.
