About this experience
The journey begins climbing towards the Monte Moro Viewpoint, where your breath stops before a spectacular view that embraces the entire jewel of the Costa Smeralda, instantly giving you the feeling of being in a privileged place.
You will then continue along an ancient dirt road, letting yourself be rocked by the movement of the off-road vehicle as you reach San Pantaleo, an artistic village suspended in time where creativity meets tradition and the scent of Mediterranean scrubland accompanies a moment of freedom for a light lunch or an aperitif along its characteristic streets.
The adventure continues through the granite formations of San Giacomo, natural sculptures shaped by the wind that tell the thousand-year history of this land, before descending towards the sea for a rejuvenating stop at Liscia Ruja beach, where the turquoise waters will welcome you as the ultimate reward of an exclusive route.
The return to the hotel does not mark the end of the experience, but the beginning of an indelible memory: that of having touched the Costa Smeralda first-hand, through dust, granite and the freedom to explore horizons far from mass tourism.

MY STORY AS A MINDFUL GUIDE
English by birth, I lived between Portugal and London before Sardinia adopted me thirty years ago.
It was love at first sight: I didn't just choose this magical land, it chose me.
For over 20 years I have been a certified Environmental Hiking Guide (GAE), registered in the Regional Registry. I have turned my passion for hiking into a mission: guiding people to an authentic discovery of Sardinia, far from conventional paths.
My journey has led me to work both with schools, helping young people rediscover their roots, and with travellers seeking something deeper than a simple holiday.
I believe in mindful tourism that creates genuine connections: with nature, with local culture, with oneself. Each excursion is an opportunity to slow down, observe with fresh eyes and savour the essence of this land, through its scents, its silences and its thousand-year stories.
And the guests who moved me, making me love this path even more deeply? My mother, who, observing my dedication, whispered an ancient truth: "In another life you must have been born in Sardinia". And my wife, hiking companion, who walking by my side gave me the strongest push: her silent pride. And Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, whom I had the honour of guiding, who knew how to listen to Sardinia with his heart.
My privilege? Sharing the Sardinia I have learned to love, revealing not only extraordinary places, but authentic emotions and a respectful way of experiencing the territory.

Organiser Cancellation The tour may be cancelled due to bad weather or failure to reach the minimum number of participants. Notification via SMS by 11:00 AM the day before. Full refund available (must be requested within 5 days).

The meeting point is at 9:00 AM at the hotel or location agreed upon during booking. A pick-up service from selected Costa Smeralda accommodations is available (on request).
The tour lasts approximately 4 hours, with departure at 9:00 AM and return expected by 1:00 PM.
Yes, Land Rover transport is included for the entire duration of the route. Transfers to/from the hotel can be arranged on request with a supplement.
The price is per vehicle (up to 6 guests). It is possible to book the experience exclusively for your private group.
A welcome aperitif at the Monte Moro Viewpoint with local sweet wine and a free tasting session in San Pantaleo are included. Lunch and other refreshments are at the guests' expense.

Unfortunately not. The route includes dirt tracks, ascents and descents on uneven terrain, and walking activities that are not accessible for wheelchairs or people with significant mobility difficulties.
For safety and comfort reasons, animals are not permitted on board, except in exceptional cases arranged in advance (e.g. certified assistance dogs).
We recommend comfortable, sporty clothing, comfortable shoes (no flip-flops or heels), hat, sunglasses and sunscreen, swimsuit, towel and a small backpack for personal belongings.
