Its cuisine celebrates the Mediterranean with products from the family farm, where grandfather Domenico and grandmother Luigina carefully cultivate every ingredient and hand-pick olives for an oil that smells of earth and tradition, along with those from local growers.

Periodically, the keepers of ancient knowledge enliven the dining room with the preparation of traditional dishes, from ricotta to pane carasau, transforming every gesture into a living ritual that concludes with direct tasting, tangible memory of a time that endures.
